You also don't get much cooler than the Gears of War Lancer. It has a freakin' chainsaw on it and they have the nerve to call it a bayonette. I'm a fan. I had the It's A Massacre achievement in no time. Title: Re: Wizard's 50 Greatest Fictional Weapons Post by: Gerry on December 07, 2007, 07:04:16 PM Happy to see Elric's Stormbringer there. Definitely one of the greatest fictional weapons of all time.

Title: Re: Wizard's 50 Greatest Fictional Weapons Post by: Kester Pelagius on December 08, 2007, 10:12:45 PM Too many weapons from comic books and video games. I mean they include Iron Man’s Armor but NOT a Dalek? Daleks are way more than just a silly suit of powered armor.
(http://www.themindrobber.co.uk/new-dalek/new-dalek-c4d.gif) C'mon it's powered armor, essentially a battle tank actually, that kills with a toilet bowl plunger!!!! :bouncegiggle: Title: Re: Wizard's 50 Greatest Fictional Weapons Post by: Justy on December 09, 2007, 10:15:44 AM Hmmm . . . what about the Glave from KRULL? I second that motion! I was wondering the same thing as well. I kept waiting for it to appear, but no. :bluesad: The list was pretty good overall. However, I don't really think that Darth Maul's double lightsaber should have been in there. The lightsaber was already represented. |
