I found a link to an out of print PAL DVD but thats all I got, in fact when I Googled it most of the sites weren't in English. I did find a torrent but its dead so that would be of no use to you. As for what a torrent is, eh, I'm not good at explaining things so...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitTorrent_(protocol) , it seems like your going to have a hard time finding this movie. There are some links from there to sites which could very well sell Necro Files 2 for download, but frankly, wading through fetish strangulation screencaps to find it is something I'll leave for you.
