This could be interesting, but I think it will sink or swim depending on the quality of the "independent horror movies" and content.

EXTREME SCREAM will be a weekly, 30-minute TV show featuring independent Horror movies, shorts, trailers and clips. The show will also include movie reviews, previews, industry news and interviews with special guests including members of the cast and crew from select films.
EXTREME SCREAM will be produced by ON-Q Productions and hosted by Leon Q, a veteran of the late night airwaves. Leon has hosted several past series which have enjoyed extensive runs on late night TV, such as THUMP TV on WGN, CLUB TV USA and PARTY TYME KARAOKE which both aired on E! Entertainment.
Rounding out the cast, Darrin Ramage, President of Brain Damage Films,will appear in a weekly segment on the show to discuss the latest movie releases from Brain Damage Films. EXTREME SCREAM has negotiated to have members of DYSFUNCTIONAL DOLLS who are on hand each episode to serve as spokes models, eye-candy and set décor. EXTREME SCREAM is taped on location at THE SETS in Tempe, Arizona, and may occasionally take the show on the road for special episodes and/or special events.

It would be interesting to see a show that actually and honestly covered the indie-horror scene.  This looks like it may just be an infomercial for Brain Damage films, though.
