Title: Moonlight Post by: Killer Bees on January 24, 2008, 10:44:54 PM I've been watching this for a few weeks now and I have to say: I'm disappointed.
I'm trying very hard to like this show. I'm a huge vampire genre fan anyway. Loved Buffy and Angel and even Dark Shadows years ago before they took it off. Love the vampire movies, Blade, John Carpeners Vampires, Underworld, Van Helsing, Dracula, etc. But I just don't get this show. The whole vampires-in-the-sunlight thing is a nice twist, but the stories themselves aren't interesting and I couldn't care less about the reporter chick. The film quality is weird, it's like is washed out a little or fuzzy and not well shot. The story arc about the main vampire (can't remember his name) having killed his one true love in that fire is interesting on the face of it, but, again - meh. On the whole I"m very apathetic about this and that surprises me. Anybody out there actually like this show? If you do, maybe you can fill me in on what I'm missing.
