Well, it's kinda like the Twilight Zone, in the sense it's a town where weird stuff keeps happening and whatnot, but it doesn't have like twist endings or anything. It's a bit like the TV series Goosebumps (if you remember that) and aimed mainly at the younger generation. I never saw it during it's first run on NBC, but rather when FoxKids picked it up a few years later and aired it after like, Power Rangers.
