Just highlight the words you want to use for your hyperlink, click on the hyperlink button, the put in "=_______" after the "url" in the first bracket with the url pasted where I've put the blank underline. Be sure to take off the "http://" from the url when you do so though, for some reason that seems to ruin the link.
