Ice takes the guys to see an old man who knows the "legend" of The Ancient City.  He really is knowlegable!  He knows exactly where the city is, knows all about the geothermal power source that will raise it from the sea, the tsunami the raising will cause which will destroy all of Hawaii ...

It is revealed that Cybron wants to raise the city in order to ... loot it of all its gold.  Destroying Hawaii and exploiting the city's advanced technology are not even really on the agenda.  That plot point is so stupid even Skysurfer gets p**sed off.
