Title: dvd review: drive in movie classics 50 movie pack

We've all heard the phrase "you get what you pay for", and nowhere is it more evident than with budget-priced dvd collections.

While the quality of the films contained in this set is often a bit on the "B-grade" side, there are actually a few flicks in here that genre fans will enjoy. Two of italian horror maestro Dario Argento's films appear here, in their US cut forms. Tenebre shows up as "Unsane", while Phenomenon (featuring a young Jennifer Connelly, "Requiem for a Dream", "Labyrinth") is presented as "Creepers".

So, while there's a good chance that you're going to find at least two or three flicks on here that you'd enjoy, it's worth noting that there are no special features to be spoken of, and most of the features are presented in full screen (4:3) format.

Other notable inclusions in this collections are Count Dracula and His Vampire Bride (aka: The Satanic Rites of Dracula) featuring Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, Horror of the Zombies (aka:The Blind Dead 3) and Moon of the Wolf, featuring genre stalwarts Geoffrey Lewis ("The Devil's Rejects", "Trilogy of Terror II", "The Lawnmower Man") and Royal Dano ("The Dark Half", "Killer Klowns from Outer Space", "Ghoulies II", "Electra Glide in Blue").
