Can you help me? I saw a movie several years ago and loved it but can't think of the name so I can re-rent. There's a young couple fleeing from various things, she has Tourette's Syndrome (she has tics, will curse randomly and be very jumpy). They go on a road-trip, rob a pharmacy, and she gets L-Dopa there. She takes it and totally freaks out (L-Dopa completely disinhibits people with Tourette's.) Any ideas? (Why do I call IFC movies "films" and most other films "movies,flicks", or whatever the hell...why are IFC movies "FILMS"? I dunno...I guess I'm brainwashed by the self importance of independent movies. I lenjoyed NIAGRA,NIAGRA,though....just stream of thought stuff going on here..I tend to drift a lot...sorry...) Title: Re: L-dopa and Tourette's Post by: M.10rda on July 23, 2021, 11:15:49 PM No confirmation from O.P., but I agree with the two previous posters - this is NIAGARA NIAGARA starring Robin Tunney as a criminal with Tourettes who holds up a pharmacy and causes a lot of other trouble. TERRIFIC supporting performance from Michael Parks - the best/only reason to check out this film.
