This whole day, and only two threads have had replies in the off topic forum?

Ash has been on hiatus due to a series of unfortunate events, and I have simply been busy the past few days with not much time to post.

And where the hell is Cheezey?

You know how much this forum slows when the troublemakers aren't around?

Almost makes you wish leslie...er...scuse me...lester would post something, huh? (yeah :lookingup:, kind of like wishing for a complete stranger to walk up and and kick you in the nads)

Actually, it is kind of refreshing to have a day without any arguments, and with more of a focus on b-movies.  Sure, I wish we had gotten a few more "b-movies watched" threads on that board, but I've had quite enough conflict in my life lately - I prefer to deal with conflict when I have to, rather than create or seek it out.

The Marine in me once heard something that sums everything up nicely.  It was while watching "Band of Brothers."  Damian Lewis' said something to the effect of:  "I also promised myself that if I ever got home, I would get a little house on a little plot of land, and spend the rest of my life in peace."

Amen  Andrew!   You know I've pretty much relegated myself to lurking around here lately.  I've seen several stories that I would've liked to post, but didn't do so because of the possible flaming tirades I know they would inspire here.  So , I'll just keep on lurking 'til it's safe to come out.


By the way Menard, it's summer time and the board always dries up in the summer.
