I agree with the Sixth Sense one, but then again I knew the ending before I saw the movie. (Sometimes, the spoiler is all you need.) Title: Re: [ARTICLE] 8 plot holes in classic movies. Post by: schmendrik on September 17, 2008, 10:15:06 AM Make sure you click over to the "Movie's Saddest Attempts at Femenism" page. The Eowyen page made me laugh out loud. I agree with the Sixth Sense one, but then again I knew the ending before I saw the movie. (Sometimes, the spoiler is all you need.) Fortunately nobody spoiled Sixth Sense for me before I saw it. I had no clue. As for the question of why Bruce Willis was talking to this kid, it wasn't random. As I recall, we see him actually reading the name and address off a piece of paper in his hand. So he got the assignment from the Great Appointment Secretary In The Sky. On the DVD, Shyamalan says he used the color red as a visual cue that there was a ghost in a scene, and he thought that was going to be a dead giveaway. But that sort of symbolism completely escaped me too. I never noticed anything was red till Shyamalan said so. Title: Re: [ARTICLE] 8 plot holes in classic movies.
