Title: Good Online Toy Stores Post by: Ash on October 27, 2008, 10:25:39 AM Everybody loves a good toy store. Even as an adult I can spend a long time in one, playing with all the cool toys.
Every now and then I'll stumble across a really neat online toy store. For example, I found this plush Alien Facehugger. It's life sized and the "fingers" are bendable/posable. You could stick it on your face and it would cover most of it just like the real thing. I went to Amazon and the cheapest one they had was $24.99 and that didn't include shipping. Other sellers on Amazon wanted upwards of $30.00 plus shipping for it! So I decided to look around and found it at a cool online toy store called Statue Toys. http://www.statuetoys.com/ Not only did they offer it for a cheaper price ($16.99+ $7 shipping) but they've got a huge selection of really cool stuff to choose from. I must've spent at least an hour looking through all the neat items they have for sale. How about you? Know of any cool online toy stores? Just a few months ago it was up near 96 US cents, which is fantastic! Currently it's floating around 60, and I'm a sad camper. :bluesad: Damn economic crisis! On the other hand, if you're travelling to Australia from the US, you just got a 30% odd discount. Lucky pricks...
