They basically port Japanese discs over to Region free DVD-Rs and make them look as close to "factory quality" as you can expect. If you get a defective disc, or if they botch an order, they are always quick to remedy the situation. I haven't ordered from them in a long time, but I can tell you that I was pretty satisfied with them. Also check out the DVD section at www.monsterlandtoys.com (http://www.monsterlandtoys.com/video/video.html); I've dealt with this site before and was more than pleased with the discs I got from them. Lot of obscure stuff here too! :teddyr:
