Smith seems like a nice guy, decent actor, good role model, etc., but when I see his name attached to a project I strongly suspect it's not for me. MEN IN BLACK and INDEPENDENCE DAY were mildly entertaining but disposable, and I just don't need more movies like that in my diet.

One that will be so radically unlike his earlier work that it will require his fans to re-evaluate him as the actor I believe him to be, and then maybe he can quit doing this rather pointless filmwork and make good movies.

It's gone! :buggedout: I banned this account. The poster only starts threads, never answers them, and had done the exact same thing on other entertainment websites. It was either viral marketing or a spambot seeding the forum for a later change that would either create signature spam or modify the old posts to make them spam. To nullify any search engine optimization benefit if this was viral marketing, I moved most of his posts to the Spam and Junk posts board that cannot be seen by any accounts besides mods (for reference). |
