Title: Close Call
Post by: meQal on March 04, 2009, 08:17:22 AM
NASA's Jet Propulsion Labratories is reporting a asteroid about the same size as the one that exploded over Siberia a century ago came with in 48,800 miles of Earth. That is twice the height of orbit for most sattilites and one fith the distance to the moon.
