The comedy relief guy in Anacondas - Hunt for the Blood Orchid.  It was a horrible movie, and then to make it even worse, the most annoying character appears to die, but lives.

There's actually something one the 'net called "The Phantom Edit", which is Episode 1 with all the JJB parts edited out. I've not watched it, but they say it doesn't interfere with the storyline at all.

Th seemingly-expendable second teenage girl in Snakehead Terror. She did nothing but whin e the whole time and one of the presumably dead guys just happened to wash up on the island, injured, then die again.

The worst part is I think that guy's second death was originally meant to be the girl's death, but they decided to spare her. My reasoning for this is that he somehow reached an island while injured faster than a boat could.

Dracula.  The bunghole just keeps coming back no matter WHAT they do to him.

I've seen a Phantom Edit once on Youtube and its great.  It actually makes TPM tolerable.  And by the way, ditto what Circus said.  I'll also add in Wicket The Ewok and the rest of his kin. 

Cera, the annoying little girl Triceratops in the LAND BEFORE TIME series.  There were times, when my kids were little, that I would have PAID the producers of that endless animated grown-up torturing franchise to have her eaten by a T-Rex!  Oh, excuse me, a "Sharp-Tooth"!!!

Ahhhhh yes...the Land Before time sequels, that took all my fond memories of the original as a child, and collectively p**sed all over them. 

A friend and I once fantasized our own sequel, where they're about to sing one of those damn songs, when suddenly a hole in time opens up and Rambo (2008 incarnation) runs in with that 50 caliber machine gun on the truck, and starts massacring everyone, like he did to those Burmese oppressors.  We called it "The Land Before Time: Dinosaur Barbecue."

Anyway, back on subject.  I wish they'd just kill off Lex Luthor in the Superman movies, so that we can give our guy a fresh enemy to fight.

 

Leo Getts in Die Hard or Lethal Weapon or whatever he was in - not a fan of either of those but I remember him making me really angry every time he opened his mouth.

Television-wise, Neelix in Star Trek: Voyager.

That would be Lethal Weapon 2+. I honestly thought that annoying as he was, it did really keep you thinking whether he would live as annoying comic relief, or end up slaughtered in the back of a trunk as annoying comic relief. Actually I thought the characters put LW2 ahead of the original.

Also, Casper Van Dien's character in Modern Vampires and especially his girlfriend in the movie.  I'm tired of vampires, minus Blade, being the good guys in general.  It would be nice to see all the Twilight characters killed off in a mass vampire holocaust.

Speaking of annoying little kids, I'll nominate every character Tina Majorino ever played when she was little and obviously considered to be the cutest little thing on two feet. I cheered when Kevin Costner threw her overboard in WATERWORLD. Unfortunately she was rescued.

She grew up OK though. She actually was cute in NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE.

The obnoxious little brat in the remake of Day the Earth Stood Still. I wanted him dead after  the first five minutes. He should have been eaten slowly by nano-bots.

The girl who runs away with the truck in Feast.  And in Feast 2.  Yeah. 

The "teenage" girl in the Dawn of the Dead remake. 

Both lead characters in Underworld.  I would have preferred the movie be about any of the side characters.

The lead guy in Lost Boys 2.  The film should have focused on the Frog brothers.

Ginger Snaps: Unleashed.  The little girl who wants a pet werewolf.  Hated her character from beginning to end.

Ooh.  I thought of the ultimate one.  Gwyneth Paltrow in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.  She's probably the most unlikeable character I've ever seen.  Her stupidity and selfishness almost causes the destruction of all life on Earth, and we're supposed to like her?

Peter Parker and MJ in the Spider-Man films.
Soppy, girly, losers, do the world a favour and don't bother saving MJ the next time she gets caught. Her repeated capture is Nature's way of saying she should die. Parker is a cringe worthy character !!

Max Marsh from DOA: Dead or Alive.  I didn't like that guy at all and I'm surprised he even survived, though not many people did die in the movie, though the movie did provide many openings for him to get killed.  I swear, Christine should have killed him after he openingly admitted to ratting her out to the police, but since the movie had no logic, they ended up sleeping together and continued to work together!  URGH!

Wait!  I got a new one all of a sudden!  Mr. Freeze, Robin, and Posion Ivy from Batman & Robin should have all died!  Mr. Freeze was constantly pulling out lame oneliners about ice, Robin constantly complained and moaned, and Posion Ivy was just unlikable throughout the movie (Though how she became Ivy was kind of cool.).  I know it is a kids flick in some what, but I wanted them gone!!!

If they'd have killed off that Joel Schumacher character first of all, then that would have solved a few bat-problems.

I second the killing of the three annoying so called tough girls at the end of Death Proof I remember watching it in the theaters when it came out. They really got on my nerves just like Jungle Julie in the first part. Now it comes on every cable movie channel to get me mad on what why these morons survived the car crash.
