Okay the movie start showing a small run down houdse that looks like a slaughter took place in it with flies going around. I remember their are later in the movie security guards in the room where they monitor cameras is wiped out by this psycho. The movie has a lady in the building trying to find out whats going on i thinks shes locked in with the psycho its a huge office building. There is a part where she goes up to the penthouse to talk to the owner of the building but hes already been killed. the last part i remember is that their is a guy who broke into the building that ends up helping the girl from the psycho. hope someone has seen this

It's out there, as I've seen it, too, or, at least some of it. But, I can't think of who's in it, or the title, or anything the previous poster hasn't already mentioned. Maybe somebody else can provide some more information about it.
