So a waitress can shoot one of the customers, then show up for work the next day as usual?  Um...okay.  I guess they do things differently in South Carolina.

Is it considered OK to leave a smaller tip if the waitress shoots you? Does it depend on how bad, say a full 15% if you're just grazed and 10% if you don't get to finish your meal cause your friends have to duct-tape you back to health in the parking lot?

I saw a Waffle House waitress throw scalding hot coffee in a customer's face one time a few years back.
