I guess they do things differently in South Carolina. Yew ain't from the South, is you, mister? Is it considered OK to leave a smaller tip if the waitress shoots you? Does it depend on how bad, say a full 15% if you're just grazed and 10% if you don't get to finish your meal cause your friends have to duct-tape you back to health in the parking lot?
