Title: Youtube problemo... Post by: Psycho Circus on June 02, 2009, 02:55:27 PM I can't play any videos on Youtube since today, even though I haven't installed anything new or changed any settings??
I keep getting this message: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. I don't have Javascript turned off and I did then download the latest Flash Player version, but to no avail. I still have the same problem. I even followed YouTube's help section: Clearing cookies in Internet Explorer 7 Select Tools > Internet Options. Click the Security tab. Click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting section. Select Enable for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets. Click OK. Select YES if a box appears, to confirm. Click OK. Close window. Reload page. I dunno, did you try rebooting? Sometimes when you download something like flash player, you need to reboot in order to fully install it. Title: Re: Youtube problemo... Post by: Psycho Circus on June 06, 2009, 08:10:52 AM I basically uninstalled everything to do with Internet Explorer, then updated to IE8. I then downloaded the new Flash Player again and re-started my laptop. Went straight on YouTube and huzza!!
