Actor David Carradine was found dead (http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/06/04/obit.david.carradine/index.html) in his hotel room in Bangkok, Thailand.  :bluesad:

That's tragic. I loved him in Kung-fu and in Sundown. He will be missed. :bluesad:

That's tragic. I loved him in Kung-fu and in Sundown. He will be missed. :bluesad:

I also liked both him and his brother in Wild West Tech, especially his pithy observations about how painful some things were for guys.

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. That's the worst news I've heard in a while.

Last time I saw him in something, I remember noting how much he was looking like his father. Sure he was getting old, but I thought we'd get to see more of him. It seemed like he was just carving out a whole new niche for himself, playing older badasses.

Hard to imagine he'd string himself up, but even harder to think somebody else might have done it. I'll be interested in hearing what the investigators come up with.

I shudder to think what favourite celebrity is going to show up in the obits next. And I don't dare tempt fate by throwing out any names.
