If not - SEE IT. SEE IT NOW. I'll sum it up for you like this: Whoopi Goldberg in a buddy cop movie with dinosaur puppets. This movie was SO BAD that the studio cut the cord on its theatrical release and released it as a direct to video. As if that weren't enough, they had to SUE WHOOPI GOLDBERG into being in this movie. She verbally agreed to do the movie, but when she read the script, it was so bad she tried to back out. And then they sued her into being in the movie.
