They are still reporting no leads or motives in to the fatal shooting of him and a female who was found with him. A spokesperson for the Nashville Police Dept. stated that it's believed the McNair and the woman were killed late last night or early this morning.

I was rooting for him when he came up just short in Super Bowl XXXIV, one of the more exciting finishes in Super Bowl history. Glad to read it appears he's the victim, not the perp. RIP.

They said that the woman shot McNair four times and then shot herself once in the head. While police have not stated that this was what happen, reports coming out seem to indicate this was the case. Officially they have ruled McNair's death a homicide but have have yet to make a ruling in the death of the woman who was found with him. |
