Razzle Dazzle Show...and other crap!" thread. I remember "Schoolhouse Rock" very fondly, though at the time I was at the age where anything with "school" in the title was suspect. :wink: Who remembers great 1970s TV?

You just never see Dracula or Wolfman toys now days, why is that? Even the cartoons had Dracula Wolfman and Frankenstein. The live shows the same - The Hilarious House of Frightenstein and so on. This is why I like Halloween so much, funny thing though I get in trouble when my wife and I go in a halloween store, I want so many things, gags, and junk it's not even funny. I still have 3 of my originals from the 70's: I have an assembled Hunchback (now named "The Bellringer" for Polar Lights) and a Forgotten Prisoner and Phantom Of The Opera both in the box. I got these when a special sale took place years back in Fangoria magazine when they sold them limited time. And yeah, some of MY kits faved the firing squad, only I was using my dad's old Remington 870 pump 20 gauge, as well as the occasional burning with gasoline. In a way, kids like us created the value of the kits, because we made them somewhat sparse and hard to get. But I miss them like hell now.. I have a good collection of Aurora Monster model boxes, with a bunch of monster builtups, all packed away for years now. But those are '60s...of the '70s models, I have no prehistoric. When it was your turn, you turned over the top card on each deck ("Joker", "Joker", and a triple!) Then you answered questions from a booklet that came with the game. Of course, I was way too young to know most of the answers, but I enjoyed flipping the cards over.
