Daybreakers, It looks like a really good vampire movie. Post by: WilliamWeird1313 on September 03, 2009, 11:46:57 AM Daybreakers is apparently the latest project from the guys who made Undead, so that gives it enough promise in my eyes. I thought Undead was a cool, cheap, fun little zombie/sci-fi schlock romp. I normally don't really care much whenever a new ultra-slick vamp flick pops up, but this one looks pretty good. Groovy trailer, to say the least.

Undead had its moments, but was let down by a weak ending and some really bad supporting characters. Probably the most impressive thing was all the CG work was done entirely by the Spierig Bros. - very impressive for something done by two guys on their home computers.
Ninja Assassin sounds good in concept, but I saw a scene online that was laughably bad.. So, I dunno about that one. |
