Halibut is one butt-ugly fish, so are lingcod and true cod, but they taste good. I caught a huge skate a bunch of years back and as ugly as they are, the meat is really good (the whopping 20 lbs of meat off of the 213 lb fish). Freshwater bass to me are some of the least ugly fish, but I don't think they taste very good.

I had a friend that worked at one, they started questioning him when they realized he had forgotten to pick up his paycheck for several pay periods in a row. Seems he was making more on the side selling weed, so much more his actual McDonalds paycheck was trivial.
