Title: movie with modern windmills Post by: plaid on September 26, 2009, 05:21:26 PM I remember seeing a movie on TV in the 80s, and I'm thinking maybe it was a women in prison movie, but I might be totally off on that. What I do remember is these modern-type windmills, in a desert I think. (I'm not able to post a picture, but search 'modern windmill' in google images and you'll see what I mean, it's a huge windmill with 3 blades.)
This movie wasn't necessarily scary (or maybe it was, no idea) but anytime I see those types of windmills, they kind of freak me out because they remind me of this movie that I now don't remember anything about. Any idea what movie this could be? Or any movie where you can see these type of windmills? I think they drove through rows of these windmills to get wherever they were going. Sorry this is such a general question, but I really don't remember anything about the movie other than those windmills, and they still give me a creepy feeling and I'd love to see whatever movie this was again, if only to see if those windmills still scare me.
