Title: Most Evil movie character? Post by: 3mnkids on October 08, 2009, 12:23:22 PM Who do you think its the most evil movie character ever? I would have to go with Javier Bardem as Anton Chigurh in no country for old men. He scares the crap out of me. He isn't over the top like some evil characters in the slasher movies but almost like a guy that you could run into. :buggedout: I think that is what freaks me out about the character.

I'd certainly rank John Lithgow's character in CLIFFHANGER up there, for sheer ruthless cold-blooded murdering. Especially one particular murder late in the film. I remember that Kevin Bacon's character in THE RIVER WILD struck me this way, but it's been too long since I saw the film and I can't remember why. I suppose somebody will mention Heath Ledger's now-legendary Joker, but that doesn't meet my "run into on the street" criteria so he doesn't make my list. Title: Re: Most Evil movie character? Clubber Lang in Rocky III is another cold bastard. I never forgave him for giving Mick his fatal heart attack, and was jumping for joy when Rocky finally kicked his ass. My favorite comic book movie villain is still General Zod. Simple, but effectively played by Terrance Stamp. I'll never forget when he cried out "You will bow down before me, Jor-El!
