Title: R.I.P Vic Mizzy Post by: Raffine on October 20, 2009, 07:11:50 PM Vic Mizzy, a film and television composer best known for writing the memorable theme songs for the 1960s sit-coms "Green Acres" and "The Addams Family," has died. He was 93.
Sad to hear this, but he had a long, good life. With the themes to Green Acres, The Addams Family, and scads of movies like THE GHOST AND MR. CHICKEN and THE RELUCTANT ASTRONAUT Mizzy basically scored my childhood.
