Title: Thoughts from 25-35 year olds.

How many do you agree with?

I like:
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong

-I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I'll end up wasting 90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that everyone's laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I'm still the only one who really, really gets it.

There is a great need for sarcasm font.

I like:

More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me. (Sadly, at the ripe age of 25, I think this on a consistent basis.  Kinda sad, really.)

If Carmen San Diego and Waldo ever got together, their offspring would probably just be completely invisible.

I like all of the music in my iTunes, except when it's on shuffle, then I like about one in every fifteen songs in my iTunes.--( I"ve felt this too.)

That's a good list. I can relate to a few of those.

I have a friend who falls into that age category and has started getting a reputation with the rest of us for blurting things out. Some of us have started making lists of things he says when we're out and then texting them to each other later, namely because he seems totally serious when he says them.

Some I can think of include:

I think gay guys have it easy cuz they never have to hear, "Hey, hold my purse while I try this on."

Men should be allowed to pee in the bathroom sink. It's just the right height.

You notice there have been no advances in telling time since they invented digital watches in the '70s?

I dated her in high school and she was a b***h. She broke up with me cause I hit her brother with a car.

It'd really suck if someday I got to hang with Matt Damon and it turned out he was a total d-ck.

I wonder if it's possible for women to get pregnant in outer space with zero gravity? If not, man, that'd be great.

I seriously bet Martha Stewart is really, really, really good in bed.

That restaurant totally has the best pizza in town, except for like 3 or 4 other places. I guess maybe 5 or 6 more.

You think anybody'd notice if I took my PSP with me when Jen and I go to her friend's poetry reading?

Why do so many writers Tweet? Isn't that like giving away free samples?

If Jen b***hes as much about giving birth one day as she does a bikini wax, there's zero hope of me passing my last name on.

When I visit my grandma, she always gets me to do work and stuff. Like wash off my plate and put it in the dishwasher. I'm like the guest. Why can't she do it? And she gets me to take her garbage out too. I'll do it but I'll think, "Man this is not cool of her."

I totally agree with that.

I totally disagree with that  :teddyr:

-Do you remember when you were a kid, playing Nintendo and it wouldn't work? You take the cartridge
out, blow in it and that would magically fix the problem. Every kid in America did that, but how did we all know how to fix the problem? There was no internet or message boards or FAQ's. We just figured it out. Today's kids are soft.

So true, and it took me so much time to figure that out!

-Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't want to have to restart my collection.

Great list!

Considering the next thing is really going to be downloading movies via the internet, that one actually has a chance of becoming true.  I don't know if its true but I heard Blue-ray sales are not what they had hoped it would be/
