When I reading the first line I said to myself "WTF" since Piranha is comming out this summer and there was no guarantee it would be a box office hit... then I read your last line saying its a joke... (Shrek 3-D, Clash of the Titans remake.) I saw some behind-the-scenes pictures somewhere. Looks like there will be a lot of 3D gore, both CG and with traditional effects.
