Title: New at Shadow's B-Movie Graveyard
Post by: Shadow on February 08, 2010, 01:00:22 AM
The Mighty Peking Man

The story of a blond woman, her gigantic ape and the group of morons who take them from the jungle to Hong Kong.

Plus, Valentine's Day is less than a week away, so it's time for  My Bloody Valentine (1981)

For the first time in 20 years, a small town is holding a Valentine's Day dance, but will the killer that warned them not to do so return to punish them?

Thanks! I thought that's what it was, but wasn't 100 percent positive.

February is Black History Month, so to that end The Graveyard has unearthed the classic Blaxploitation film, Blacula.

Very good review Shadow.  I love killer animal/insect/creature flicks like this one.  This film is actually on the to review list for me, so it was good to get an idea of what the movie is like from a trusted source.

This week it's the caveman crapfest known as One Million AC/DC. Simply put, this movie sucks worse than a malfunctioning sex doll. A tribe of cavemen deal with horny apes and hungry T-Rexes while simultaneously inventing pornography, wine making and BBQ. When not engaged in one of these activities, you'll find them screwing non stop. Hey, at the rate these morons get themselves killed, the Earth needed repopulating real quick.

Oh, that movie.  I made the awful mistake of watching it and "Wham, Bam, Thank You Spaceman" the same weekend.  Dumb sex movie overload.  I'm all for stupic sex comedies, but couldn't there have been some sort of a plot?  Even if it was one of the young cavemen inheriting his father's stone wheel business, but an evil caveman land developer wants to buy the cave so that he can build a golf course.

After being delayed for two weeks due to spring cleaning, relatives having surgery and being on vacation, I have returned with Zombies of Mora Tau, a film that gives new meaning to the word lifeless. Wow, what a snoozefest.
