Title: Robert Pattison claims vagina allergy
Post by: Rev. Powell on February 15, 2010, 01:19:57 PM
"In a new interview with Details magazine, in which Pattinson was photographed with several scantily-clad female models, the British actor reveals why the shoot wasn't exactly his cup of tea.

'I really hate vaginas. I'm allergic to vagina,' he tells Details."

No comment.  I'm going to let the rest of you handle this one.

That reminds me of the scene in the film Peter's Friends where Emma Thompson drops her robe and stands kaalgat [naked] in front of Stephen Fry, saying "Fill me with your little babies!" Now, any guy would melt into a puddle and rise to the occasion right there, but Fry tells her "I'm not in the vagina business."  :teddyr:

I've always wondered if the Kristen Stewart thing is a well set up front.  They both seem like they'd play for the "same team" if you know what I mean.

I suppose I'd be a gay vampire too if I were allergic to vagina.

This reminds me of something Terrence Howard said about what makes him stop dating a woman:

"Toilet paper - and no baby wipes - in the bathroom. If they're using dry paper, they aren't washing all of themselves. It's just unclean. So if I go in a woman's house and see the toilet paper there, I'll explain this. And if she doesn't make the adjustment to baby wipes, I'll know she's not completely clean."

What's with all these dudes coming out thinking girls are icky all of a sudden!?

For the record, I do keep a container of flushable wipes in the bathroom, just in case Terrence Howard comes over.

You know, baby wipes aren't the only wet solution for wiping..  Just sayin'.

Maybe Howard would be happy if his woman used the method used in many poorer parts of the country of simply using ones hand coupled with a jug of water.

Actually, he'd be happier if there was a bidet in every American bathroom.

I have no problem with them. In fact, my favorite person in the world has a vagina, and I have a very friendly relationship with it. :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle:

Does anybody want to buy and mail him a DVD of "The Strangeness?"  That should be pretty good nightmare fuel for him.

I've met women who expressed a loathing of the male organ - as in it disgusted or frightened them, so I guess it makes sense that there are guys who are freaked out by the female genitalia.

(in a sarcastic tone) but then, he won't be in the next Twilight series and the girls would go mad.!

I'll buy The Strangeness if you mail the girl a copy of Spasms.

I suspect it's far more likely his way of putting some distance between him and at least some of those 26 million crazy, rabid TwiTards who would love nothing more than to satisfy their own "flesh and blood" desires with the poor guy. I mean, just consider things from his point of view. Every time I've seen him make an appearance on TV, he just looks so hesitant and apprehensive, probably expecting some 14-year old or looney tune housewife to randomly jump on stage to touch him, say that she's his biggest fan, gush about his movies, or harrass him in some other way. Can you blame him for perhaps putting up a fake facade to take the wind out of the sails out of even some of those freaks? I sure don't.

Also, having had some experience with British humor, I think it could've also been meant in jest, maybe even as a sly acknowledgement that yes, he does actually like it!

I tried to stay out of this, but my cursed brain... This might be one allergy where the main symptom is lack of swelling.
