Quote from Joe Peacock:

People, we were meant to eat actual food, not this cr*p. It might taste good, I know, but it's the same as masturbation -- it feels good, but you can't propagate a society with it.

The thing about these is they're actually generally better for you than the huge beef sandwiches with bread.  They only have something like 550-600 calories (I've heard two different numbers..  Weird) and 31 grams of fat.

For comparison, a regular whopper has 670 calories and 40 grams of fat.  A double whoopper has 920 calories and 58 grams of fat.  And a triple whopper has 1160 calories, and 76 grams of fat.

Point being, this is in fact LESS bad than many far older menu items.  A lot of this has to do with the buns they use in fast food, which are very high calorie and often buttered and slathered in mayo.  So, in the end, this is nothing to really be too concerned about.
