Title: Like tweeting? Careful, Congress is going to ARCHIVE them all!
Post by: BTM on April 19, 2010, 11:25:44 AM
So, according to this article I read, the Library of Congress is planning on archiving every tweet from 2006 on.

Why?

God only knows.  Sounds a bit like a waste to me, but then, I've not gotten into Twitter (hell, barely into Facebook.)

That's the sort of luxuries you can afford when you're 12.8 trillion in debt.

You're not alone. I tend to forget I even have Facebook. I mean, if something actually worth telling friends and family comes up I'll call them or email them. Putting it up on a public space seems kinda impersonal to me.
