Here's the plot rundown:

A woman goes to a cabin in the mountains (or at least its snowing). She goes into the porta potty and some slime or mold or something falls on her. She goes inside to take a shower. Later on in the movie, she thinks there's rats, so she calls an exterminator. He comes and uses spray poison to kill some of them, but they aren't rats. They're black and look like a cross between rats and lizards. One of them isn't killed by poison, and instead gained the ability to spit the same poison, and blinds the exterminator.
As the movie progresses, however they try to kill this thing, it immediately evolves to be immune to whatever they're doing to it. It gets shot, it regenerates insanely fast. They try to burn down the cabin with it inside, and it runs through the snow and hides under the hood of their car for heat. The car shuts down and it tries to attack them, so they try running from the monster, but it rips open the exterminator's leg and climbs inside for heat there. They try pulling it out of his leg, so it grows barbs like fish hooks so it can't be pulled out.

I made a game partially based on the movie but I can't remember the title and I'd love some help!

It's pretty enjoyable.  I also like the theme song, Silver Lizard, by Tumbleweed.
