First movie: I checked the likes of Horror High and Return to Horror High, but my movie might has more fantasy/Sci-Fi/comedy? elements. It may take place in a high school as well, the two short scenes I remember are 1) a mummy or other monster ripping apart a female humanoid alien(?) on a set of steps outside while she is upside down, like tearing her apart by the legs... gray goo or gray blood? 2) A pig-like man with horns watching a couple have sex through a trick painting/window/mirror.

Second movie: I only remember one scene from this film, and I'm pretty sure it was one I had to avert my eyes to. A woman is having sex with a man, and the man (or woman) is electrocuted to the point of being completely charred during the act, on purpose. Electro-vag, if you will. Killed during sex by electrocution. For some reason I also remember someone being regenerated, possibly from a finger or penis on train tracks or a road. However, that may be from a different movie.

That's the best I can do guys. I'm dying here, any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The second film could be "Leprechaun 3" where the little bastard goes to Vegas. He magically makes a busty blonde come out of a TV, and she soon turns into a weird robot and electrocutes him. Check out the review here: http://www.badmovies.org/movies/leprechauniii/
