"This is non compliance, Sarse. Main Force Patrol will not tolerate such actions. This is a routine pursuit - Main Force repeat, this is a routine pursuit, Code 4-4. Please respond only to that code. Code 4-4 indicates no requirement for a blockade. A Pursuit Special has been stolen. Hall Captain Fifi MacAfee does not like this anymore than you, however we must not compromise territorial range. Remember, that only by following instructions, can we hope to maintain a successful highway program." Mad Max

"Are you gonna bark all day, little doggy, or are you gonna bite?"  -- Reservoir Dogs

Don't remember it word for word, but Quint's Indianapolis monologue (from Jaws) is awesome stuff.
Also from Jaws, "You're gonna need a bigger boat."

And, not a line, per se, but I find "friendo" has made its way into my daily conversation.

From AIRPLANE 1980

Reporter: What kind of plane is it?
Johnny:    Oh, it's  big pretty white plane with red stripes, curtains in the windows and wheels and it looks like a big tylenol.

Rex Kramer:  Striker, listen and you listen close.  Flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

Rumack:      Can you fly this plane and land it?
Ted Striker:  Surely you can't be serious.
Rumack:       I am serious ... and don't call me Shirley.

Webb - I didn't think even Mars needed women "that" bad. Pristine Suggs was un-volumptuous.

Favorite line in a movie!

The line for the men's restroom during the intermission, between the first half and the second ha;f of "Gettysburg."
Boy, did I have to go in the worst way.

My second favorite line in a movie!

The line for the concession stand. There is one local cineplex, as a promotion, that has hot dogs for a dollar. So, I always have to have one of those. Then I get a small bottle of water to wash it down. And then, finally, a box of candy. Normally, gummi bears or sour jacks, but sometimes Twizzlers, instead.
