I saw this movies in the early 1970's (just like my last unsolved movie).

All I can remember is a woman is a red bodysuite running down the street almost causing a auto accident with a few cars.  It was at night she was running from an old house.  I don't remember what was going on in the old house...

Sounds to me like the opening scene from Scream and Scream Again (1970).

Thank you but no that's not it.. in your title it's a man jogging and he has some type of an attack (day time).

The movie I am looking for it's a woman running away from something (at night).

All I remember is:  She was afraid of something, she wasn't pretty (to me) she had big strawberry blonde hair and because of her running into the street there was almost an multi car accident or could of caused an accident (don't remember)

Sorry it sounds very typical... The girl is afraid from a (killer?) she runs into the street nearly causing a car crash. I do suggest maybe check a few Giallo's between 1968 to 1975, although the movie you are looking for should be within 1971 to 1973.
