Title: 1980's film with mad guy with hand coming out of head? Post by: Lord Wednesday Hovis on September 10, 2010, 06:00:26 PM I say it on video around 1989 and I reckon it was maximum only a few year old - it's a sort of action adventure thing but there is a mad evil guy with a hand coming out of his head/ontop of his head - any ideas?
