So I'm sitting here thinking of movies I can almost bet my life on that nobody's seen when it dawned on me that there's one movie I saw that 1... made no sense at all & 2... was beyond weird. I can't give you cast names because I'm 34 and I saw this move in my teens. The most memorable part of the movie that kind of tripped me out was that the 2 girls ran away from somewhere (possibly prison or home?) and arrive at a place thinking it was safe since one of the chicks claimed she was there as a little girl, and it appeared to be sort of a shelter or abandoned church. Did I mention that this possibly took place in mexico at this point of the movie??? The group leader (She appeared as so because the others appeared as followers of a cult) looked funny and extremely tall. I believe the girls were then drugged by food or drinks "offered" to them by these weirdos and somehow the chick who claimed it was a place of safety ended up strapped to a bed blindfolded in what looked like a basement. The place was surrounded by toys and stuffed animals and there was a camcorder focused on her (There's no need to discuss the details of what went on in there. Pretty much it was a child a buser's dream). As for this woman (who took care of her when she was just a little girl...) she turns out not to be a woman at all... but a man. Infact I believe the whole cult were a bunch of cross dressers and they had the chick believing in aliens or some silly crap like that. Anywho... what is the name of that movie? It's been naggin me for quite some time and I thought from the looks of things on this site, you'd be the best guys to answer. Thanks! :0)

Sounds like Freeway 2: Confessions of a Trickbaby (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeway_2), which was a not-so-good sequel to the excellent original.

I will confirm, this is a description of TRICKBABY aka FREEWAY 2, starring Vincent Gallo as the crossdressing/sex-trafficking cult leader. No confirmation likely forthcoming from the Original Poster, unfortunately.
