Back in 1967 in the TV movie "Winchester 73," which was a remake of the theatrical film of the same title from 1950, a man is ran over and killed by a hearse.

In the 1978 film "Avalanche" w/ Rock Hudson, Mia Farrow, and Robert Forster, one of the minor characters is supposedly hit and killed by an ambulance.
