Post by: diamondwaspvenom on January 29, 2011, 10:54:14 AM
My friends, I believe I have found possibly THE most fattening, life threatening restaurant EVER. Don't believe me? Watch the video:

WOW

Thats one of the tackiest places I've seen.  :buggedout:

People do get tired of the healthy eating thing, but to make fun of heart attacks and stuff ?
Not cool.

Mind you, if you go to eat there often, you kinda deserve a heart attack.

Ahh, we are always making up new ways to eliminate ourselves.  Deep fried bacon and such.

AAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE STOLE MY IDEA!!!!  I was gonna call my place CHOLESTEROL  JOE'S, and feature ads by the "General Surgeon of America" (if I couldn't get the real Surgeon General to issue a warning) about how bad my food was . . . until I placed a Coronary Platter Chicken Fried Steak meal in front of him.

The nurses were a clever addition, though.  I hadn't thought of that.

Oh well, I bet he makes a killing . . . in more ways than one.

Caveat Emptor!

I actually think this is brilliant.  I'm all for a healthy diet but when I want to eat bad I'm not going to BS around.  I think its a joke when McDonalds offers healthy options.  I'd rather deal with a place that knows they offer crap like this one if in fact I want to eat crap.

I've actually eaten at this restaurant. There are several here in Phoenix.

I have no problem with the flippancy of the chain. We're all aware of the problems of unhealthy food, but that's no reason to be afraid of it. Go ahead and eat a bacon triple-cheeseburger. It's not going to hurt you unless you make it a habit to eat them every day. Doing that would earn you a heart attack, one you picked for yourself.

It was a weird restaurant, though. The waitresses were all dressed in skimpy nurse uniforms, and they were the ones preparing the food. Thing was, it was in a simple strip mall; strip malls being the entirety of the Phoenix landscape. The other thing is that the lighting in the restaurant was as bright as an operating room. I don't know if you know this, but strippers and bright lighting are not a great mix. Hot and sexy works a lot better in dim lighting. (And yes, these were straight-up strippers, just more clothed than usual. But not much more.)

They also sold cigarettes and beer, although you can't smoke in restaurants in Phoenix anymore.

I'm all for prurient interest and peons to unhealthiness, but I can't say I was comfortable in the place. Call me a prude, but I like to keep my food and my porn separate. Especially since most of the other people in the place were fat dudes not bothering to hide their interest in the all too brightly lit ladies.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the idea, but it's not a place I will ever frequent.

I rather prefer dank lighting even in my home.  I like shadows and lack of light.  That also seems painful to say the least on the uniforms.

I thought those burgers actually looked kind of gross, but then again I really don't like cheeseburgers, just regular burgers.

I want to try some fries fried in lard though, see if they really taste much different than those in peanut or other vegetable oils.
