Title: 90's fighting movie help Post by: blexx on February 09, 2011, 12:47:29 AM hey everyone,
any help finding this movie would be greatly appreciated. i saw it YEARS ago, and for some reason it popped into my head and i'm really want to see it again. unfortunately i remember very little of it... i wanna say it was made in the early 90's, but it could very well be an 80's movie. i remember it has a young white kid, possibly a high school student. he gets mixed up in some form of underground fighting/boxing, and the guy in charge is just exploiting the fighters for money. and in the end of the movie, the kid and the guy in charge end up fighting... sorry for the vague details, but its all i remember... any help or suggestions would be great. thanks kyle Title: Re: 90's fighting movie help Post by: akiratubo on February 09, 2011, 01:44:52 AM Sounds like Only the Strong

the one i'm lookin for, i seem to remember them making the final fight "more interesting" and the took of their gloves and made it a bare knuckle fight... I remember the kid fights a Garey Busey looking dude who uses dirty tricks. The kid ends up faking being hurt in order to deliver his final knockout punch.
