Title: Looking for 80's or 90's Evil Robot B-movie Post by: jerome on March 07, 2011, 07:30:55 PM Hello,
I remembered an old movie starring a robot/android who's gone nuts on some nuclear plant , The robot kinda looked like cain from robocop 2 only this robot was cursing alot of times agains america .. In the movie you see a futuristic army chasing the robot , the reason is because the robot has launch code's for a nuclear missile and threatens to launch it .. the cgi looked like the same they used in robocop 2 (kain looking) it's a hard to find .. if anyone has a close tip many thxs .. from the netherlands :) Greetz.. Do you remember if this was a b-movie with a decent budget, or a super low-budget b? That might help.

''Project Shadowchaser II'' is not he one , the robot looked kinda simple but just a model like cain from robocop 2 , there also a scene of the robot standing behind a u.s.a flag.. started cursing and he finally rips his own head off :tongueout:

It's been a while since I've seen it but in the Film Hardware there is killer bot that has the american flag painted on its face. Perhaps this is what you are thinking about

Rayo You might be onto something here, and I'm embarrassed because I've even reviewed it and interviewed the director. I think that "Invader" didn't come to mind because it is a huge robot. The ASMODs robot does sit on a pile of weapons and spout a lot of patriotic phrases, and he does use the F-word at least once.
