Title: 80's/90's sci-fi film Post by: SullytheCat on May 15, 2011, 06:24:22 PM Hey, I came across this website trying to figure out the name of a movie I saw as a kid on tv. All I remember of the film was a young boy who came home with a couple of books his mom objected to and took away from him. I remember the Mom looking at the books while watching the news, and saw a picture of bleeding or injured people. Her son was in the other room while she was watching the news. She was preparing dinner, cutting up vegetables and started to chop off her fingers, because the news was so distressing. The final scene showed a white or very pale alien chick reviving the mother with this device which the alien pressed against her forehead.
