And I just saw him on TV a few days ago...

I'm assuming this was probably related to their drinking that was going on a couple hours beforehand.  Or they were going WAY too fast.  Either way, stupid.  Have you seen pictures of the wreckage?  That car was obliterated.

Sad news, but I'm glad no other cars were involved.  I'm guessing the other passenger was a friend that isn't in the public eye, they haven't released a name yet.

On the one hand, I'm not surprised. On the other hand, I'm surprised that it would be the result of ordinary, garden-variety stupidity.

Yeah, it is suprising that it resulted from everyday stupidity,  considering the stuff the Jackass guys get away with all the time in the past.  They've done X amount of incredibly stupid (and dangerous) stunts, only to have one of them wind up getting killed in a car wreck.  It's ironic on so many levels in it's own oddball way.

I always thought Steve O would be the first one of them to leave us, that crazy f**ker : )

This shocked me. Not a jackass fan, but as an intern, I worked on some post-production stuff for Living Will, which (i guess) is his last movie.  :bluesad:

I'm a huge fan. this really stinks. The Jackass guys always reminded me of my skater friends growing up. RIP Ryan Dunn

As far as the Westboro (NON-Christian) Baptist bunch goes,  I don't think they will be satisfied until every human being on earth hates them . . .

That being said, a very close friend of mine was decapitated by a drunk driver 25 years ago.  His wife, a dear friend of ours, was pinned in the car next to his corpse for two hours before the Jaws of Life cut her loose.  I have zero patience for any %)*&*&#!! who gets behind the wheel drunk, so I'm just glad Mr. Dunn didn't kill anyone but himself.  Drunk driving is a selfish, evil thing to do! :hatred:

Another thing that burns me about drunk drivers - they generally do manage to kill someone besides themselves. :hatred:
