Title: So what would you put on your tombstone? Post by: indianasmith on June 21, 2011, 06:24:42 PM ER's comment in the Random Thoughts thread got me thinking . . . what WOULD I put on my tombstone if I shuffled off this mortal coil tomorrow? I've seen some famous ones:
"Pardon Me For Not Getting Up!" "See, I TOLD You I Was Really Sick!" and, one of my favorites: "She burned the Candle at both ends, It did not last the night. But O my dears and O! My friends! It made a lovely light." But, I guess, if I wrote my epitaph right now, it would read something like this: Lewis B. Smith 1963-2011 Husband of Patricia Father of Rachel and Rebecaa Teacher of Many Enemy of Ignorance "He Lived Before He Died" So what about you? Title: Re: So what would you put on your tombstone?
