How boring would it be and how sad, if everyone just conformed to one particular stereotype or wore exactly the same clothing. I love the fact that people in America have the bravery to wear whatever the hell they want and that half the time nobody bats an eyelid. It's cool to be crazy. It's a totally different kettle of fish over here. I get persecuted just for wearing a black t-shirt or because I don't have a shaven head. Every time I go out I fear that I'll be chased to some old windmill by an angry mob armed with flaming pitchforks!
