Title: Lucas continues to screw around with original trilogy

This infuriates me...this guy has absolutely no problems alienating all the fans that made his movies a success. What a douche.

No respect whatsoever for the fans who made him what he is.  Just gimme your ninety bucks for the new Blu ray collection.

I'll stick with my unaltered VHS tapes.

I heard that he will also soon be tackling Raiders Of The Lost Ark.  :buggedout:

1. Indiana Jones' whip will be CG'd into a handbag and
2. That fly will eventually crawl out of Paul Freeman's mouth.  :buggedout:

I wouldn't have a problem with these as much if he included the originals along side his "Special Editions". It just feels insulting to leave out the original version of the films. I hate to say this, but I think the only chance we could have of the original releases's is if George Lucas dies.

Lucas flip-flops more than Clinton.
Won't be long before a sequel to E.T. is in the works.

I remember reading an interview once, quite some time back, where Lucas said one thing he wanted to do was digitally alter the characters hairstyles so they didn't look so dated anymore.

Thank god he's never tried to actually do that.  Yet.
