Cindy is a young girl who finds out a neighbor girl is throwing a big party, but apparently she's not invited! She puts on a brave front, but, that night when she goes to bed, her Fairy Godmother visits her and tells the young lady to get ready, cause she's going ANYWAY! Cindy heads to the party where she and her friend Rick get lessons in how to behave properly.
